Very touching; Get to know the powers of the tongue.
James 3:6
[6] And among all the parts of the body, the tongue is a flame of fire. It is a whole world of wickedness, corrupting your entire body. It can set your whole life on fire, for it is set on fire by hell itself.
The tongue is a very important and powerful part of our bodies as humans. Without it, swallowing will be difficult while eating and talking would be a problem.
In the same way, the tongue can get us into trouble because we speak with our tongues, or it can get us to a place when we confess and proclaim good things unto our lives.
Then why don’t we use the tongue to our advantage? When don’t we speak life into that dead situation? Why don’t we declare blessings and prosperity unto our very lives?
The words we speak have a huge impact on our lives. And I’m sure no one wants to be cursed and especially when that curse is from your own mouth. We ought to be careful when we are speaking. It’s not mere words. They have impact. We often speak certain things unto our lives without realizing. Mostly it’s just an expression but then it starts having impact on our lives when we keep on saying it.
May the Lord help us use our tongues to our advantage.
PRAYER
I declare that I am blessed beyond measure. I am a conqueror and I_will _never lose with Jesus by my side. I am winner. In JESUS Name Amen
